Marrobbio holiday home kindly asks customers to respect the following rules:

Arrivals and departures: the keys of the mobil home will be given at the arrival of the customer after the identity verification. If the client does not show up and in absence of any communications the reservation will be canceled.
The keys of the mobil home should be given back on the morning of the departure day.
Liability: the customer will sign at arrival a document certifying his liability for any eventual damages to the mobil home and its equipment during his stay.
The eventual fees for the damages caused by the client will be totally on his charge.
Reservation: the reservation is confirmed through a deposit, as a caution, of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
Payments: the payments of the total amount of the reservations should be paid at the check-in or the check-out.
Cleanness: customers are responsible for keeping their house clean.
Silence: From midnight to 8 a.m. loud noises or high volume music is forbidden in order to respect the quietness. During the same hours the access to the swimming-pool is forbidden.
Claims: any anomalies or damaged objects should be notified immediately to the direction.
Animals: Animals are not allowed.

IMPORTANT: The direction has the right to interrupt its services or to expel the customers not respecting these rules or the quietness.
The direction is not responsible for the accidents, robberies and damages suffered by the people and the belongings of the clients.
The payment of the caution is intended as an acceptance of the aforementioned rules.
